After Panda Algorithm update majority of article directories are affected since they allowed copied contents that is already published in other article directories. As search engine becomes smarter and smarter it is a nightmare for webmasters to get on top of search results without touching the blackhat tactics that helped them rank higher before Panda Algorith update..
Yes, I agree with you because competition is very high every one wants that his site is visible in first page of browser and its not possible that all sites are show in first page so the competition is too high.
I found that the target site would be at the top on SERPs after a period of hardwork, BUT it's really challenge to stabilize the rank. Yeah, that's how competition makes our work become much more difficult.
I think nowadays there are more competitive sites, nowadays all are aware of seo, smm etc,,, so only you feel difficult nowadays ......
yes, the competition is getting harder and search engines is getting smarter too. but it also depends on how we can find profitable niches with low competition.
It *is* more challenging now as compared to a few years back. Competition is getting stiff and there are just too many "experts" out putting out all sorts of claims. I always make sure that my pages are optimized and once they are, I leave it at that. I move on to off-page SEO and work on that continuously. I do it more to drive traffic to my site, and not for the search engines or the rankings.
I don't think that SEO is getting so much harder, but I think that webmasters should consider new ways of promotions because old method don't work (or almost don't work). Today all we should work on social media optimisation and think more about creating unique and useful content.
It's because more and more people are following SEO techniques to rank higher. So the competition has increased. But just follow one simple rule. Huge content and user friendly link structure can beat any competition.
It shouldn't come as a surprise with so many people versed in SEO and competing for some keywords that the stakes have been raised
its true that seo going difficult these days.. so i am trying to come in newspapers and in local tv channels ... users will grow slow but surely users will grow
Search engines change their algorithms. On top of that, in the current economy more and more people are struggling to make ends meet, then they turn to the internet to make a living; So more competition.
Make sure when you are setting up your keywords and checking competition for your niche use allintitle: allinanchor: It still makes a difference and make sure you setup strong LSI and make it so that your content reads normally and your SEO should be good if you use some other tools outside of just pinging your website.
Thank you for your advice. So "allintitle:" lists all websites with the same keyword in their title? And "allinanchor:" lists all websites that have at least one link with such anchor text? And what is LSI?
Just think of how much worse it's going to get in a couple more years, when more wicked teenagers turn 18 and get into the internet marketing game.
I somehow don' agree. SEO tricks are not well implemented by us. That's why we think SEO is difficult
Latent Semantic indexing, it's what we generally call long tail keywords we use in our articles to support out main keywords. Such as Key Words: Weight Loss Long Tail keywords or LSI : Super Fast Weight Loss Like that
