How long does it take for an Ad Unit to be active?

    How long does it take for a new Ad Unit's status from 'New' to ‘Active'? Because I have waited 3 days and they have not been approved.

    Can the Ad Unit be placed in another site that we did not use for Adsense application?

    normally within 7 days but it still base on the situation. If they are busy, then might be delay

    Yes, you can once you are approved as adsense publisher
