I have well over 15 years experience in dealing with intellectual property rights - you obviously have none. The domains have a negative value because the owner is asking to be sued. I wouldn't take them for free. You don't get around infringement by adding words to a mark. If there were no infringement issues (there are) I would say these are reg fee domains due to the length.
