Dear Community We apologize for this post as it takes away from our time to help support you in growing your business. We are very aware of who this individual is. We have tried to reach out to this individual over the years without success. We regretfully have been forced to begin litigation proceedings; the case is still pending against them. Unfortunately, they will continue to slander and defame our organization for their financial benefit. We hope that you can understand how unique this case is. We trust in your judgment and appreciate your support. The reality is the vast majority of our members are more than satisfied with AlertPay and its services, and it shows in our growing daily member base. This individual’s outrageous and libelous statement does not speak to the overwhelmingly positive feedback we get from those that rely on AlertPay to process for their business or to receive remittances. We trust that we have clarified this matter, thus, we can return to our favourite activity - supporting you and your business’ success. Cheers Sean
I'd like to know why both Melissa & Chris are ignoring my e-mails & phone calls? I'd like my money please & I'm NOT paying $15-20 for a wire transfer just to get it from my account. You guys said you'd have these problems fixed soon. That was back in June & it's now the end of November. I've always been a staunch supporter of Alert Pay, but now that I'm being ignored & told I can't get my money, the tables have turned. And NO, don't recommend a check. I don't even know anything about your checks & I don't have access to my US back to deposit them even if I knew what they were. I want to do the direct deposit into my bank account paying the 50 cents I always have. I've been with you guys almost since day one & this is ridiculous how I'm being treated. You can't just tell a person they can't get their money or they have to pay tons of money just to get it. Michelle
Paypal would be a better option for you ,if you think but it does not charge monthly fee of course , so i like them but they have scammed many when our balance reach to 1k , so its atleast worth scamming they feel
Pay Pal hasn't allowed adult type accounts since 2003. I'm still surprised so many don't know that. As for if I wasn't an adult account, they have stolen from me twice, so there is no way I'd use them even if I could. Michelle
Hi exoticpublishing My name is Sean, and I am to provide more information concerning the cheque withdrawal option. You may withdraw your funds complimentary via cheque withdrawal. Cheques are a standard form of payment, accepted all over the world. The cheque will be mailed to you, and can be cashed the moment you receive it. Again there are no fees associated with this form of withdrawal. Many of our American members are using this feature and are more that pleased with it. Cheers Sean
Ok, now I understand. You guys send me a cheque. So what if it needs to go to a different address that's on the account? My sister takes care of cheques for me. And how long does it take to be sent out? Michelle
Hi The cheques are sent to the address listed on your AlertPay account. They are sent by regular mail, and are issued in 1-2 business days. Cheers Sean
Wow , you made it a hot thread on DP , and must you be verified , why they close your account without reasons? There must be some reasons
As I already told you, it needs to be sent to my sister's address as she deals with all checks. The other address is just for billing purposes. I never intended to have checks mailed to me from Alert Pay. Please make arrangements. Michelle
Hi For security purposes we can not send cheques to addresses that are not associated with your AlertPay account. You may receive the cheque to the address listed in your AlertPay account, and then send it off to your sister. Cheers Sean
NO, I am NOT spending $5 to have the check forwarded to me. YOU GUYS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR SCREWUPS. I WANT MY MONEY NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's been months since you took down the direct deposit. You said it would be back up & running within a week or so & that is CLEARLY NOT TRUE. You should be ashamed of yourself treating customers this way, holding on to people's money, ESPECIALLY in this day & age when they need it the most. Michelle
Hi Your funds may be withdrawn at anytime. You are able to withdraw your funds via cheque withdraw, which is complementary. You listed an address on your AlertPay account, and this is where we would send the cheque. For security reasons we cannot send cheques not listed on someone’s AlertPay account. Cheers Sean
