Is any getting the same problem "Dear Customer, Your Login Session has Expired. Please Click here to Relogin" when you are trying to make the VCC through the Netsafe HDFC. I am getting this problem since some time!!

Same issues all over. I thought i was the only one.. Called HDFC, they said there is no issue, how come we all have the same issues.. I hope it solves soon got lots of payments to be done.
I was getting that problem since 3 days. I did call three times to the customer care and got the solution. We have to just change the password and the system will work smoothly. I was unable to change the password by login into the netsafe.hdfcbank.com. So, I go to a mobile recharge website(having aircel, so I went to the aircel online recharge page), enter my debit card information and I was redirected to the authentication page, saw a "forgot password" link, and enter my card details again and entered the new password. The password changed(mobile recharged automatically) and now I entered into the netsafe website and everything is working smoothly as before.
