Well you aren't going to be "working there" long. This "company" is going to be shut down just like the last one. :)

You could always take up legal action if you have any actual proof. Running a smear campaign on another host on a forum is useless, if you want any real results you should take legal action. Until then, you are just spouting out words.

I'm guessing you haven't actually read the posts? Glad you got your signature out there anyway.

The guy who stole the design is the one who started the smear campaign AGAINST THE LEGITIMATE OWNER. He is the one who started this thread! The rest of us are simply providing the truth to the rest of the users here. That's what this forum is all about, no? Providing advice related to the hosting industry?

I don't think the legitimate owner can take legal action. The guy is in another country. In the meantime, we will simply work to have his company shut down by his providers, just as we did with his last fraudulent company a few months ago.

    I can vouch for V7HOST. I'm 200% sure that webshosting.org ripped V7HOSTs template.

I worked for firsthosting.us for FREE (as freelancer) then they asked me to install nulled billing scripts. lol

This company (so called) has 2 owners. 1 good person and another a.hole. I dont want to give out their names since this is a open forum. The guy who started webshosting.org asked my paypal even to make payments (servers) i have chat logs if anyone care for proof.

Well, the bellow link clears everything.

So why dont mods/admins makes this simple by banning this scammers and flag this new host as scammers?

    Thanks

Doubtful that's going to happen. The last time we had a run in with these fools (firsthosting.us), it took literally 3 weeks just to remove their advertisement threads. I reported his posts, PM'ed the mods, etc., and they didn't really seem to care.

As soon as I brought the WHMCS guys to this forum and pointed them to the thread(s) in question, since they were giving out nulled WHMCS to their clients, the mods finally started deleting things. Though they won't admit it, I'm pretty certain the pressure from WHMCS finally got them to act.

Well it doesn't matter anymore- they're gone. Account suspended page. :) Lucky because I was thinking about buying a reseller package yesterday.

I read the reviews here two months ago before going ahead with V7HOST. There was one person with a negative review about them. (supposedly they were going to close, the owner did the same with another company with other name)
After the day I paid. Their servers were down.. FOR two consecutive days. Evey their websites were down. I got another hosting and asked a refund. They refunded me what I paid. No apologies for the two days down.

I check my bank account today and I discovered a bill from them. I tried to open a ticket and obviously I'm not a customer I'm not registered.
After more than 7 emails they didn't solve the issue. They say that they are not V7HOST. I will have to start a dispute with my bank.. That means fill a form and wait 30-45 days.
Don't go ahead with AMSCOMPUTER or V7HOST. The worst service I experienced. No excellence at all.
Please post your negative experiences. Reading the reviews help all of us.

So even after reading that the "company" stole someone else's web design, were giving away nulled scripts, etc., and you still decide to go with them???

You should have to wait 45 days to get your money back. You should have to wait longer than that. Not really sure why you would have gone with them after the reviews, quite honestly.

Did you make this purchase using the recurring billing system of 2checkout? When we (AMS Computer Services) bought V7Host, we were not made aware that anybody was using 2checkout recurring billing. There were a few accounts that were paying with 2checkout, we assumed they were being invoiced. We removed 2checkout as a payment gateway, as we don't use 2checkout for our system. So anybody that is being invoiced and has previously been paying with 2checkout, they will have to choose another payment method (PayPal or Google Checkout) for future payments, or we can process a credit card transaction directly through our invoicing system.

I do see, at least the best I can tell from the payment logs, where it looks like you paid for hosting and then 2 days later you were given a refund on that charge. This all happened before we took over the V7Host company so all I can see by is the payment logs.

If anybody was using the recurring billing system of 2checkout, unfortunately we can't cancel those. We don't have access to the previous owner's 2checkout account. I am really not that familiar with 2checkout. But do they not provide a method for paying customers to cancel a recurring subscription? I know PayPal does.

If you were not using the 2checkout recurring billing system. then you would have been invoiced by our system. I am not seeing where this is happening, because your account is closed and I'm not seeing where any invoices were sent out. However if you are receiving invoices from us (let us know, we'd like to investigate the why on this) but simply just don't pay them.

I do apologize for the hassle in all of this. I'm just not sure how to tell you to stop a 2checkout recurring billing, perhaps someone here has more experience with 2checkout. Does the buyer cancel the recurring billing or would it have to be done with the previous owner? I will contact 2checkout and see if there is anything I can do.

Once again I would like to apologize for the problems you encountered with your hosting account with the former V7Host owners. We have received word that the 2checkout payment that you made to them has been refunded.
