Late Arrival At Destination on Bluedart tracking details

    I just recently entered my ref number at bluedart website and they shows Late Arrival At Destination , Contact customer service.
    Now What should I do, I have contacted through mail and Phone calls but they are not receiving my calls and yet waiting for the mail with this regards from them.
    Now What should I do???
    I am newbie here, please guide me with this regards!!!
    My ref number is 57989137

    Don't worry,They do it every time to keep their internal records clear!
    The delivery people keep their records good by these nethods!

    U will get your packet on 7th but if not just call local bluedart office or visit them and collect your packet

    I also got the same status comment : Late Arrival At Destination Contact Customer Service .... my ref number is: 43853192530.
