    Hey,

    This site recently got ranked #1 for its main keyword. And also gets traffic from 250 other variations of the keywords. traffic is 93% from the search engines.
    The main keyword gets 3,600 Exact Searches per month and the actual Cost per Click is very high.

    I added Adsense to the site last week. Based on earnings over the last week i estimate the site will make $100+ per month.

    27/9 - $0.79
    28/9 - $6.15
    29/9 - $0.64
    30/9 - $6.70
    1/10 - $0.91
    2/10 - $8.45
    3/10 - $3.90

    Total unique visitors in september: 2921
    total unique visitors for october so far: 1462

    So the sale is priced at 6 month's revenue. I'll consider serious offers.
