Poor woman, she seems out of her depth.

It reminds me of this BBC News clip where a technology specialist was supposed to talk in the studio but they got him mixed up with the TAXI/CAB DRIVER!

    The guy manages pretty well...

    edit:

its a guy turing up for a job interview.

What a dummy. I live next to that casino that payed her. It is going to be a battle for us here to keep Mexican politics from further corrupting American politics.

From Santa Fe on down crooked Mexican politicians rule our lives already.

Boggles my mind that this Madrid chick is ahead. Incredible. Staggering. Stupifying.

Is that what you call making your vote count, mistermix? Putting people, who are as you said "out of their depth" into office?

People are allowed to vote for their own reasons.

If she is ahead in the polls then it might just be because people whould rather elect her than the other candidate, its pretty simple stuff.

Your question is not a yes no question.

I know nothing about which candidate is out of depth. You chose to quote my 'out of depth comment' to make a point?

I was referring to a couple of 1 minute youtube clips, i'm sure people will vote using more information than that.

I would vote for the democrat candidate because I want to influence the senate and house of representatives.

So you, personally, wouldn't care if your representative was out of their league, as long as it fit your end goals?

I would care, I would take everything into account. I don’t usually vote based on local issues anyway. But things are very different here of course.

Your questions always have accusations hidden in them. You'd make a good tabloid journalist ;)

Please let me know when you've watched the clips. Then let me know if your post makes any sense ;)

LOL. Isn't talking to yourself the definition of insanity? That's my opinioni on most blogs. A conversation with yourself. heh.

I'm trying to start a blog right now but I can't seem to come to terms with publishing content in 1st person narrative.

touche, i haven't actually watched the clips, just read the quotes :) but can you honestly tell me you think Bush is smart enough to be considered "in his depth," as the most powerful person in the world?

Let me just add that I'm honestly not a DEMOCRAT or REPUBLICAN kind of person... I think both parties have positive elements and good leaders in their arsenals and I try to base my opinions and politics not on parties per say but on individual components.

I've started and stopped 5-6 blogs over the past year or so. I can't make a blog on a single topic, much less update it. If there isn't a monetary reward I can't see the point in doing it. Blogs don't have to be in the first person. I know some that are not. I do not like to use the first person on my current blog. A little bit of grammar tricks can make you avoid it entirely; restructuring sentences, referring to yourself in the third person (this blog, this domain etc etc etc). Lots of ways. That's not the hangup for me.

I don't think any person who is currently slated to be a candidate or inline for the office is equipped to handle the job. Then again, what can prepare you? The wrong people run, Bush is the closest thing to a proper candidate in a long time. I think the president should be more like a CEO, delegating stuff to his staff and having a good staff of people around him. Expecting 1 man to run the entire show is silly and dangerous. I think most people believe that, or they wouldn't promote governors to presidents regularly.

I agree 100%, very well-put. I'd send some green but apparently I already have too recently.
