I have emailed PAYPAL and yet to receive a response how long should i wait to call theme? and can i just fax or email the scanned PAN card or wait till i hear from them????

Update: On Sunday at 3:00 PM(IST) I get a 2nd Email that my PAN card is invalid then I check my PayPal account and I was able to fix my mistake...(Last time by mistake I was change my PAN card last number) After I change my PAN card number to my Previous card number I call them by finding their number through help page(+1...something..) and after 5 minute someone pickup my call and ask me about my First/Last name, email and last bank account number... After talking to paypal staff(more then 5 minute) they assured me that my Account PAN number is marked as a valid number and when verification staff check my account(Max 24 hours) then they will restore my account. Before I call them my phone balance: INR: 100 ($2.x) After call: INR:6.32 ($0.13)
As soon i got the message my account is limited, i updated my bank account, PAN number and purpose code(same details which was previously there)! and i wrote two emails to paypal(one of them showing my anger), also explaining them all my details furbished are valid. I got a call from paypal and the guy cross verified all my details over phone and he found satisfactory and told me my account will be enabled in 24 to 72hrs... And to my surprise account was resolved as they promised.
I have emailed Paypal saying that the details are valid 3 times but have not received any call from them.... :-(
I talked to their support just now....First of all he asked me to upload document....But i dont see any Document upload Option in the Resolution center....Does anybody can see that option? Secondly....he asked me to fax the scanned copy of PAN card no with the Case ID..and gave me the number also....
If you can't fax, you can ask them regarding upload and they add a new step in resolution from where you can upload photo copy of your PAN card.
Wow i love this new game from paypal - limitaion issue!! i moved to third stage now anyone else? My account is limited for third time in past 15days due to same reason PAN number not valid, i wonder if my pan produced is not valid how they removed my limitations twice... Oh God help us Indians with these idiotic Paypal and show us a good alternate way, Save us from the paypal mess.

Ok i found the reason behind my limitation issues occurring to me again and again. Actually my company name is MINERSKINZ.COM which is also same manner mentioned with my paypal business account but in my PAN card its mentioned as MINERSKINZ COM and its same with my bank account - you will notice there is no dot and a space left between instead. This dot has been creating those paypal guys in validating my PAN number and they limited my account thrice, i have called paypal now and it was quite a tough explanation i had to make to the girl who spoke to me other end(imagine the hell i passed)and after 10 to 12 min on line she understood the dot issue and she immediately changed my account name to MINERSKINZ COM and she was kind enough to guide me to update my bank details again and she told me my issue will be solved in 24hrs considering it in top priority!! Just though of posting my problem here, so it may be helpful to someone who may be facing similar issues, a small dot has created a **** life out of me...
It may be the case and i hope it is and your account gets well ( at least one person gets fine with this shit) BUT, i think, this is not the case and highly unlikely going by the FACT that there is no such issue with my account. Many people have been talking regarding last name, first name and middle name issues and relating them to limitation. None applies to my account! Anyway, Good Luck with "SHITPAL" !
UPDATE I didn't wanted to call their US office due to high cost involved so I contacted Paypal on Twitter (AskPaypal) and followed them. This is because unless you follow them and they follow you back, you both cannot use Twitter's DM (direct Message) facility. I DM them that my PP a/c had become limited due to PAN problem while my PAN number on their record was already legal an valid. They DM'ed me back asking me to write (DM) the email address of my PP account so that they can do further research on the issue. In the meantime, I uploaded my PAN card's, driving license's, and Bank passbook's scanned images through my PP account stating that the PAN number already with them was valid. In their next DM the same day, they said that a email has been sent to me. and they also thanked me for the proofs I had uploaded through my PP account All these steps took less than 24 hours. PP had been professional, helpful, and prompt throughout. The email also stated that they have changed my name so that my middle name (father's full name) has been included in my PP account so that it will now include the full name (first, middle, and last name) and this will help them verify my PAN number easily. They had removed all my bank details (I had provided 3 different bank details earlier over a period of almost 5 years or so) and when I fill the bank details now their system will automatically send/prompt the PAN number for verification process. It will take between 24 to 72 hours to get my PP account to normal. I did everything accordingly. Of course, the name on your Bank account must EXACTLY match the full name displayed on your PAN card. In my case, everything was matching exactly so I think the problem will get resolved now. HTH
Those 24-72 hours are not that short my dear, as far as SHITPAL is concerned. In my case its actually some 22 days or so (approx.) and i have been emailed those "24-72 hour" emails, by them, more than 10 times during that period. Big CHEERS (i mean F**KS) to SHITPAL "it will get resolved" has a BIG "will" in it! Best of LUCK !
