Selling ChristianStart.com - Christian Directory with organic Google traffic

I created this site last year and completely forgot about it. I was going through all of my sites on Google Analytics and realized this one had found traction in Google.

ChristianStart.com is a Christian directory built on Wordpress using the DirectoryPress theme ($79).

The directory currently has 1,329 listings which means 1,329 unique keyword heavy pages.

The site is averaging 230 uniques per month and 592 pageviews. 77% of traffic is organic search traffic from Google. 20% is referral from other sites.

Top 10 keywords that are generating traffic:

Several of these keywords are education related. From my experience with other sites I own, education keywords average about $2.50 per click with Adsense. I had one click last month on an education page that paid over $9.

 

Loosk nice, got any revenue?

 

Since September 1 the site has generated $18.98 in Adsense revenue. The ads on the site could be much better optimized. I threw a couple of ads on the site in the themes predefined as spots. Ad revenues could probably be tripled or quadrupled by just optimizing the ads.

Keep in mind, the more sites added to the directory, the more you increase traffic. The theme has a built in DMOZ importer to bring in more sites quickly.
