It's a "content unlocker": a visitor can see (or download) your content only if he complets an offer. If you have a blog, you can put some interesting content in it (an article, or a download link) and add cpalead script on that page. One time there were tons of "movie sites" with cpalead widget on it, maybe some of them are still alive.
CPAlead is a content locking cpa network. It uses a locking script to stop viewers from viewing a website's content unless the visitors fill out a offer and for every offer you get paid.

If its about content locking, I think so far I saw this at few site in many years. do people really use this system. isnt it annoying?
