I also vote for Bookmarking Demon. I have actually a licence myself and rarely use it. If anybody wanted to buy it, I'll let it go for $67 instead of the normal $147). I do have it in writing from Edwin Soft that the licence can be sold and transferred.

stumbel upon is the best. i am using it from a long time and the result i am getting is very good.

It seems that with Digg submissions, you have to post the Digg link elsewhere for it to be seen...

I won't even get into paid bookmarking services, because I've never used one before.

Reddit works out great for me. Avoiding the spam filter can be tricky however... start by leaving lots of comments on other submissions, and post interesting news stories, and post your own content not as much as you do other stuff. You've got to maintain good karma on that site.
- Avoid spam-like keywords whenever you submit your own stuff...

 

digg and reddit is social network sites, but social book marking site are different. so you can use fb, digg, twitter, stumble upon, for traffic on your site.

Delicious is the far better than submitedge

 

In mu opinion delicious is better then other social book marking service. Digg is also good.

 

I think go for odesk or Elance, you will find there are too many persons who are willing to work on 100 bookmarks for 10$
