    Hello
I am listing my blog Grammar English.Org (http://grammarenglish.org) for sale. As the domain name itself suggests, Grammar English gives English grammar lessons, exercises and printable worksheets. The blog was established in February this year. In September it got 16000 visitors and generated 36000 page views.
All traffic is organic. Most of our visitors come are from the US, Canada and India.

    Why buy this blog?
I don’t think I need to explain this. Education is a recession proof sector. Billions of people learn English as a second language. Grammar English has got everything they need to learn English on their own. It also provides a free grammar ebook titled ‘Common Mistakes of ESL students’ to its subscribers.

The biggest USP of this blog is its keyword rich domain name. The keyword English grammar generated 1,220,000 searches in September. Interestingly grammar English and English grammar are the exact same keywords in Google’s eyes (Check the Adwords keyword tool). As you probably know exact keyword domain names tend to rank really, really well in Google searches. All that you need to do is to promote the blog a bit and it will reach its full potential.

We have also got plenty of content. Right now there are 321 unique articles on the blog. We are also offering a free ebook to all users who subscribe to our feed. This ebook ‘Common Mistakes of ESL Students’ gives an explanation of the 120 most common grammar and vocabulary mistakes of ESL students. The buyer of this blog will have the right to distribute this ebook on this blog and any other blogs he owns. He will, however, not be able to sell it for a profit.

    Profits
Grammar English makes decent money from Adsense. In September, the blog earned $70 from Adsense. There is also a paid site-wide link on the blog which makes $15 a month.

How often should the blog be updated?
I have been adding content on a regular basis, but now that the blog has sufficient content, you don’t have to add fresh content everyday. You may add just 1 or 2 pages a week just to keep the search engine spiders in good humor.

All the content on this blog is unique. It is written by me. I am an English teacher and has been writing for grammar blogs for over 5 years.

    Why I sell this blog?
I am selling it to raise some funds. That is the only reason I can think of.

    What will you get?
Everything associated with the site including a PR3 premium domain name and content. The blog has 133 fans on Facebook. It also has got 50 email subscribers. I will transfer all of these to the buyer. You will also get the right the distribute the free ebook that comes with this blog.

I will provide all the necessary technical support for at least one month after the sale. You can keep the blog with my host if you want to. In case, you want to move it to your host, I will provide all the necessary support.

Who has been writing the content for this blog, was it you personally?

I like the site but I am deterred slightly by your own grammatical mistakes here in the thread "Why I sell this blog?" Not sure if this is good English at all...

It would be a task to go through all the posts to ensure that they are indeed suitable at an educational standard, unless you can think of an alternative option perhaps?

Best to keep the tenses correct in your posts on an English grammar site.
