This is a reluctant sale. My tenants have wrecked my property and I need the money to fix it up.

This site is an aged domain and remains the only independent dedicated fansite/forum for the Aliens Colonial Marines game that is due for release in March 2012.

You may think the BIN is high as I am not posting any revenue (only added Adsense 20 days ago). But when this game hits it's going to be HOT PROPERTY and the owner of this domain/forum is perfectly placed to cash in.

Problems have been resolved without the cash injection. Sale cancelled.

 

Is the price correct? Are you actually selling is for $200,000.00? Just seems like a mistake.
