    The site is hosted in INDIA...

    Ill prefer.. ppl to get their own hosts.. This wouldnt be a Problem.. as the overall site along with the Databse is consuming less than 15 MB space only.

    Im not sure why you cant see the site... I tried just now.. and it works fine for me..

    why do you think that bin should be around $2.5k? Do you have any reason for that price?

    Your site is very new: it is created: 20-may-2006

    The site is directory and has no unique content at all :(

    http://www.rankingblogs.com/ has PR5 not PR6 and that you /dir fot PR6 - its a temporary thing....

    So why do you think it is worth $2.5k?

    Hi Nevalex,

    I already said Im not sure about the BIN. I am not into site selling and havent yet sold even a single site... This is my first and probably the only site Im going to sell.

    So, basically the price quoted below was just a random figure.

    One of the reasons, for that High BIN is the fact that Ive got 2000 backlinks from Google (and much more in Yahoo and MSN) in a mere 5 months.. Imagine the growth in the near future.

    Its using a PHP script... wid the MySQL Database.

    The entire script along with the db is not more than 15 mb

    /dir has 63 backlinks...

    Update: For some reason it shows 63 links for this search and 2180 for this

    So in otherwords 2273 backlinks on google minimum - very nice for a 5 month site.

    Seems to be the result of having sitewides in many blogs / journals.
