    You can make PSD file and then can make site with PSD with dreamweaver ... when you save file in photoshop save it in html :)

    SEO and Web Design have no corelation in my opinion :confused:

    SEO is about making your site search friendly (so that it lands up on top on google, yahoo search etc.)
    and Web Design is about making the front end of a website look good.

    I think good website design provides user friendly interface. If the website design is good and the user like the interface it will surely help in SEO.
    So according to me website design is also important for better SEO.

    Well,Photoshop has been a part of every web designer's life since they picked up their first mouse....web designers use pencil and paper or Photoshop to do a mock-up. I love to do wire framing in web design using Adobe Illustrator..

    From the my point of the view there is no any relationship of SEO with webdesign. Because SEO is used for making your site search friendly and web design is totally different from it. It is the main look of the website.

    I also learned alot from youtube, but you just have to browse through all the websites and search for tuts, if you like a tut just try to follow it.
    You'll be suprised how fast you learn to work with it that way.
