Well, back when I had a forum (still do, but gave up on putting ads on it). I joined Clicksor. Heard a lot of stuff about it, and thought to give it a try. How bad can it be? Well . . . it was bad. There was popups even when I asked it not to, the ads look spammy, people wouldnt click it unless it was by accident. My users hated me for that, but I was fine with it since it did gave me a few bucks after 10 days, it got to 20$, I was just waiting to reach a certain amount and then I could stop using them . . . guess what happened . . . after 10 days, they sent me a notification that my site is not what they want. apparently they dont do specific niche forums with download capabilities, and that was not in their Term of Agreement, I said, fine . . . whatever, I was going to drop them anyway, so lets check my balance and transfer it to my paypal. get this . . . it was rebooted to 0 . . . so i decided to write them a friendly email . . . i wrote 2, and got no response, 20$ was not worth it to fight with them. Anyway, I had to try it, and now I will give you the reasons why you should avoid it . . . The ads look spammy, they make the site look cheap. The ads have malware, google will hate you for that, expect decrease of traffik from Google. don't put up their ads unless they approve your site first. make sure you contact them several times to make sure they have checked you site. if you dont have a website that deals in anything illegal (like warez and such) then completely avoid them. they actually prefer sites like that, since i have seen clicksor on sites that usually distribute wares. even if you have a warez site, there are better option for you out there, since at any point clicksor can come and tell you that they wont pay you, and keep all the money they made from the impressions you exposed to their advertisers. the prices are miserable, I suggest BurstMedia that is much much better. I don't hate clicksor, they are just another money hungry company, I am just returning them the favor, so i suggest you to leave them, like the plague. Hope this review helps.
clicksor is old and well known as fishy/ugly ad provider, so I would use it only if I had no other options to pay the hosting.
With how many sites? how much is your overral traffik? believe me when I tell you, you can make much more with some other neater adservices.
LOL....I have used them in the past....basically 0 results and burned through some cash pretty quick......I'd avoid them as well
