Competing using name in the domain.

I'll cut to the chase, I've found a good niche with little competition. Problem is they're using the same domain name I want.
Of course I could offer to buy it from them but I don't have much money.
What would be the best domain suffix to use? Since they've taken .com
    .net
    .org
    .co.uk
    Etc,,

I'm rather confident I can out-compete them as they have little content on their website, most of it is spammy redirects to other websites and I did a little research into their SEO and they apparently have 0 backlinks and no coverage from Social networking websites etc so I could use this to my advantage. Most of the traffic is generate purely from the name so keeping it would be a good thing.

.net and .org will probably work equally well. I wouldn't use .co.uk unless you're targeting the UK market exclusively.

Yes, .corg and .net will work equally as of a .com
