thank you hxclhy, because I need to reverse funds from receiver,I contact alertpay they help me reverse but hold my account, request me send my information to it,so I send my passport and proof of address statement, note this is I send to it for verify account before, but they tell me can not be authenticated,so I send my other ID to them, but can not be authenticated, those are our government issued,if you can not be authenticated, tell me why my account can verified? If you meet this question how to do,I only think alertpay want to illegal possession my funds,so I don't solve any question with alertpay again, anyone online payment system have illicit funds in it,so I will disclose alertpay illegal activities to FBI.

    Dear Community

We apologize for this post as it takes away from our time to help support you in growing your business.

We are very aware of who this individual is. We are not certain as to why they are bringing up distorted information that is 2 years old.

We have tried to reach out to this individual over the years without success. We regretfully have been forced to begin litigation proceedings; the case is still pending against them. Unfortunately, they will continue to slander and defame our organization for their financial benefit.

We hope that you can understand how unique this case is. We trust in your judgment and appreciate your support.

The reality is the vast majority of our members are more than satisfied with AlertPay and its services, and it shows in our growing daily member base. This individual’s outrageous and libelous statement does not speak to the overwhelmingly positive feedback we get from those that rely on AlertPay to process for their business or to receive remittances.
We trust that we have clarified this matter, thus, we can return to our favourite activity - supporting you and your business’ success.

    Cheers

    Sean

I hate to say it but every company is going to have customers that don't like them or for something that happens and mos of the time its because of what they did, I'm sure paypal has 20,000 bad complaints even sites to say not use it, although I do see them and some may be correct and some may not, It doesn't make them any less of a company, It's hard for a company to defraud alot of people and still stay online for years, I say I am disliking paypal due to the fees keep increasing and less protection for sellers me being a ebay member and selling hundreds of thousands of items If I had other options I probably would be using them even though I have been using them for 14 years now.
