What platform should I choose for best seo results ?

I'm in a big dilema.I want to open a new website, and I don't know what is the best platforma for the best seo results.I know that websites made in Dreamweaver that allow you to edit all seo elements, and page content, and look are the best for seo results, but this kind of websites are hard to maintain.

So if I want good seo results what should I choose ?

PHP and a text editor.

 

i recommend "notepad++" as a text editor, you can edit and create script using this software...

 

PHP is very seo friendly and u can use any editer for edit the content.

 

My favourite text editor for web development is Crimson Editor - it has tabs, syntax highlighting and remote editing over FTP.
My second favourite is Vim...

If you are using Java use Netbeans, If C# or VB.NET use Visual Studio

 

I use Crimson for everything as well.

 

Frontpage is simple, but in DW you can get best possible result, I like it's css handeling capability.
