    I have a vBulletin 4.x & 3.x Forum License for just 110 usd. It cant be transfered, you can only change my email on the vbulletin site and request a password change to change your password.

    I have a vb publishing suite and vb forum only for sell both are 4.X with no expiration dates. I used the suit on a xbox clan site and the forum on a guildwars site. Then I switched to wordpress and couldn't find a decent bridge so now i'm using wordpress and xenforo. Anyways I'm only sellling both together, there both on the same account and u can have the entire account or I can get both transfered to you. Selling it for 240 or best offer its still cheaper then the publishing suite.
