Making a 'DIGG this' link?

Here's a generator that I found:

You have to submit the story to digg first, then enter the URL of the page that it is on at digg.

 

Here is a plugin for WP:

You use it like this:

http://digg.com/submit?phase=2&url=YOUR URL GOES HERE

That is the complete url by the way, http://www.mydomain.com.

That is the link to submit stories, not to digg existing ones.
