    For me it does. I got banned recently. Just in a hope whether i would recieve a cheque or not. Will get to know if only I get an email from them.:confused:

    This payment will be issued before September 30 if there are no holds on your account.

    I am above threshold and I don't have any holds. My July earnings (last month check) were skipped.
    No PIP yet. I hope that I receive payment this month. Need to pay hosting bills.

    You are partially correct. I got banned second time in 6 years. This time its for "risk to advertisers". I read somewhere they still pay for it. Still confused. Ppl disabled for invalid activity are not paid.
