United States Heading towards a Depression?

Gold if you bought it for $300 an ounce and have sat on it for 20 years, sure... But no. Not for me.

I find things like real estate, art, and automobiles to be tangible, appreciable assets. Unlike gold I can use them, enjoy them, and earn a long term return in the interim on them.

If you sit on Gold long enough and you bought it low enough, you're going to make money; no doubt.

But what did you get out of them during that time?

I think anyone buying gold now is only going to lose money, pay too much, or make some very short term gains.

You're better off putting that money into something that you can use, earn money off of (rental income for instance), use as a tax right off, or sell years down the road for a much nicer profit.

If there is ever some break down of society, I think water and other natural resources that one relies on for survival will rival any precious metal.

Aside from edible cake decoration, I find nothing valuable about gold aside from it's intrinsic value with regard to jewelry.

Of course it is used in many electronic components, and due to its anti-corrosive properties can serve a useful purpose. I just do not see it as an end all metric for gauging one's wealth when a monetary system collapses.

 

I have heard that hoarding food is illegal in some states. Is that just a load of bull ?

Whilst that video may certainly be an accurate prophecy you did notice he's actually pushing for a downturn, dreaming of a downturn, hoping for a downturn, saying he's going to make a lot of money out of it so he's simply pushing his own barrow, hoping to start the ride there imo. The sooner the ride begins, the better for him...not that that makes it untrue.

At least he's telling the good folk to pull their money out now, which will obviously help to start the ride down.

I can't say I've tried 5,0. FeldscholdBchen (same brewer), in the bottle, yes. From what I hear, 5,0 is the cheap white label brand they sell to Canadians.

My suggestion to you would be to recycle the can collection you have. Aside from earning a few bucks, you'll be doing the environment a good services as well.

People never listen. Some do But they will panic and pull out when it's more than just warning signs. And then what?

 

A market trader telling the truth. Bankers control the money and international bankers have no allegiance to particular countries. As he states, recessions and depressions are USEFUL for them. Smart people will prepare for the planned crash, which will probably cause a war, which will then make the bankers even richer, since they will finance ( send money to all the fighting countries ) their war.
