    eXe, in my experience it is best to under promise and over deliver rather than vice versa. A receipt is a good starting point. 24hours is too difficult for anyone to maintain in reality. :)

    If the work gets done, I don't think complaining is justified at this price. It's no fun to wait, but it's less fun to spend a lot of money when you don't have to.
