    yes you need to first unlock the promo with 2000 credits then you need to activate the ppd promo shown there by spending some credits there too.

    whatever plan you choose never switch between them based on sales stats, for example if you remain on fixed pps plan then never check what kind of sale you got also in pps 80 plan never think i lost another $12-$7.2 due to pps 80 plan etc.

    the truth is both pps 80 & pps fixed plans are equally good. if you remain on either of the plan with persistence you would nearly make equal money. but only thing to note is you should choose the same plan without diversion based on stats.
