This is good. Keep the 2 interlocking rings but get rid of the grid lines in the globe. This is the best looking one so far.

The metalic band is too metalic... maybe flat white. Also blur out the countries on the map?

 

i can try flat white, and do you want a solid sphere instead of a map(globe)?
