Here's another bump, but they will be pointless. No-one's going to write an essay just to see something that is for sale without having any idea why they'd actually want to buy it.

 

Thanks Miikle, people who are serious will realize it is a good practice, just as VIP seats are invite only or with proper reference checks, a huge business will not sell without reference checks.

I am sure the buyer will appreciate efforts taken in keeping the sale a secret and due diligence.

If you logically look at it, it actually increases my work many fold as it is much easier to revert with just a url. I would not consider it a good practice.. nor would a potential buyer.
