Easy money with blog?

First I make (or buy) few blogs with different niche.

Then I start earning money with:

    1. Payperpost: Let's say you write 8 articles each day - 3 or 4 of them are payed. So that is $20/day or $600 each month

    2. I put adsense on it and earn let's say 100$ each months (remember, you own few regulary updated blogs)

    3. I sell links, I don't know how much are these worth, but if you sell 5 links on few different, regulary updated PR3 or PR4 blogs links must be worth something.

So, what do you think? Would this work?

Nothing is as easy as it all sounds. Most blogs make pennies. Work hard and it will come.

8 articles, let say you spent half an hour for a post...that is lower than minimun weight...

$100 a month is not hard at all if you choose the right niche

pr4 link worth like what? 5 buck a month?

You might better off getting a job in Mickey D if you live in US...however, if you are in other country, you might earn more than some office worker

To be honest with you - nothing is easy on the Internet unless you take action!!!

You can earn money with blogs but you also need good content, and you cant always rely on Adsense :)

If you set yourself some targets, then just go for it. You'll find to start with you aren't earning what you hoped for, but don't let that get to you as thats normal. Just keep at it, and with a lot of hard work you will get to your targets.

Most blogs can be difficult to update, especially if you want to keep the content in them unique. You can manage 1, or ,2 or atmost3, but beyond that can leave you with real problems.
You will need to buy content then. You could use RSS as many people here do though. :)

Still one piece of advice, do not make blogs with a primary intention of making money. That should be secondary.

Yeh i've maintained a video gaming blog for a year in all now. Never thought of expanding, its hard work. Until now where i've built myself another blog site for gadgets/tech, this i will maintain myself and any money made from that will be used to pay for bloggers on the video gaming site, once that site is much bigger and can cope on its own then i will work on sister/brother blogs.

No, do not do that. Unless the blogs are actually providing content WORTH READING, all you're doing is wasting the internet :)

High revenue sites take intelligence and a well thought out marketing plan.

Blasphemious in what regard :) I have often seen, that the most successful blogs never intended to commercialize their blog in the first place. I'll stand by that statement.:)

There is no such thing as easy money. Set small targets and increase gradually the targets, just like with weights in a gym.

The majority of ppl do not make a living online (myself included) but it surely helps a lot, like paying for a vacation etc.

You need persistance. I personally took blogging to apply the management/marketing skills i am studying, then i noticed you can make $.

Often times my new sites are profitable from the 2nd day live. My ONLY purpose for adding those sites is money. I do not care about providing the freeloading readers with a pleasurable experience for free simply because I enjoy the subject matter also. ;)

I don't get why good content is needed with making money with adsense?
i thought what was most important on where you put it or whats being advertised or if the person clicks on ads or not.

There was an article a while back (maybe 1 year ago) that profiled the lives of top bloggers that actually make a living. From what i recall they all worked 10-12 hours days, starting early (6AM), and the pressure to make at least 5 quality original thought posts a day.

I guess it would be worth it for people who are passionate about the subject and are filled with endless opinions, but it sounds like there are a lot of personal sacrifices involved (such as a social life).

The article means nothing if your goal is to make money online. A blog is nothing more than a regular website with perks. The "top" bloggers you speak of are probably pretty close to the bottom of the chain in earnings compared to serious webmasters. They are blogging because they enjoy it first, money second and insist on things being perfect.

Have you even read some of the top bloggers pages? Many in the "blogosphere" cringe at the site of an ad and do everything backwards in terms of actually getting paid for dumping their heart and soul into something. They are more of the artistic type and have less business sense than my 8 year old nephew who runs a lemonade stand in the summer.

Hrm. Pay Per Post only allows three posts a day, and you have to have an older blog that is not just for cash. Blogging for money isn't easy.

Whatever you do, please don't make a splog, every time I run across one pulling results from google blog search with a copy of wp-autoblog I literally gag.

If you decide to make one anyway here are some suggestions:

Take 20 minutes to install/edit a theme other than the default Wordpress theme.

Think of something to use for content other than a single feed.

Pick a different niche than the other 53 million splogs.
