hey there! I have a trouble with my payment option in infolinks. I mean I can't choose payoneer card option, although I already had a card (submit from MarketHealth). I contacted to the support but they still not answer me. Here are some pics for you to understand what I said:

Do you have a friend there perhaps that is a little more fluent in English that could possibly give you a hand once Infolinks replies?
well that MarketHealth card will not work here because will send you need card in connection of your infolinks account. By the way what error message you get while selecting payoneer card option?
Hey, If you haven't applied for a Payoneer card using that specific infolinks account before, you should be able to apply now and then link it to your already existing card. Do you have another infolinks account that you already linked to that Payoneer account? (As your screenshot shows an infolinks account linked to the Payoneer card).
well, i don't have infolinks card, my card is markethealth card. I ask why I can't choose in my infolinks account that payoneer is a form of payment option athought my card is activated and linked to my infolinks account
As I said, if you've already selected Payoneer as the payment method for your infolinks account, there's no need to apply again (it should already be setup). If, however, this is an additional infolinks account, you may be best off contacting infolinks or our CS department to get an update as to the status.
