It's already been over 4 month since alertpay keep my money. 4 month ago Chrisz@AlertPay from alertpay told me that after I wait 3 month I can withdraw the money. So after 3 month I sent them an email. Got an reply saying they going to send the ticket to another department. Now it's over 2 weeks waiting on the ticket got no reply.

Is alertpay really a scam trying to keep other people's money? Chrisz@AlertPay can you reply me and keep you promise you made 4 month ago and give back my money?

    Thanks

    Hi james1980

I have responded to the PM you sent me earlier today.

You were told to contact AlertPay 90 days after suspension, which you have done, and my security team will get in touch with you by the end of the day.

Advance warning was given by my security team; those notices were not adhered to. Unfortunately, the account had to be suspended as it violated our user agreement, and thus why the funds were frozen for a period of time.

I would appreciate if you refrain from labeling AlertPay.

    Thank you.

    Cheers

Thanks for your help. I've sent you a pm as well.
We never Violate any user agreement. Before we signup alertpay, We asked alertpay if they support adult websites and alertpay fully reviewed our website and ensure us our website is supported and allow us to join. After few month of using alertpay without problems.

The 1 day alertpay just suddenly closed our account saying we Violated user agreement. If we did they why did alertpay even accept our website at the first place?

Please understand I am not tryign to Label Alertpay. I am just trying to get what's belong to us back.
Thanks for looking into this issue for us Chrisz

    Hi james1980

The issue with the site was not the adult content. A few emails were sent indicating exactly what was inappropriate, and the sections of the user agreements which were violated. In addition the site was flagged by our banking partners.

As per the email, the funds will be released. My security team is on it.

I would appreciate if we cease all open discussions about this issue.

    Thanks.

    Cheers

I feel AlertPay is very sketchy. They dont even allow you to cancel subscriptions without contacting the seller. At least that is how it was a while back, and then I never used them again. PayPal may suck for sellers, but for the buyers they take good care of them.

    Hi Patel

How long ago did you use AlertPay?

I just spoke to a senior person in my customer support team, who has worked in that department for 4 years. You have been able to cancel subscriptions through your AlertPay account since at least back then.

I apologize if you had a bad experience with AlertPay, but I would appreciate if you didn't label the company just because of a feature that might not have been available when you were a member.

    Thanks for your understanding.

    Cheers
