Hello members, i have paypal account and it's not verify and can you tell me can i transfer money? I am georgian and with my visa card did not verify. what can i do?
Hmmm... why not set up a paypal account in another country? You could set up one somewhere like paypal canada, use fakenamegenerator to provide all of your account details and then use a virtual visa to verify it. That's the only way I can think of getting round it unless you have a friend in another country that would verify for you.
Yeah but if you set up a paypal account using a proxy and like I said use paypal canada or some other country you can verify using a virtual visa (a lot of them can be bought anonymously and you can add address details from whatever country you like). I don't think you understood my last post correctly
Buy a VPN, register a paypal using that. Verify using a vcc. Fill your real details, other than the country/city/state/zip. PM me if you have any other questions ^_^
