Re-Indexing Sites

Hi All,

I've come across a few sites that are really useful for me, but got de-indexed back when the Panda update was ran. How do I go about getting them re-indexed and how long will it take?

After panda update Google has de-indexed some poor quality sites. Best way to get re-indexed is original content. Write original content on all the pages and make your website fully optimized with standard on page seo techniques.

 

sure I will go ahead and do that, but is it purely a case of waiting for google to recognise that things of changed or is there anything I can actively do to aid/speed it up?

 

You can go to webmasters tools and submit a reconsideration request. You should identify the reasons why your site was de-indexed in the first place and tell them that you have fixed the issues.

 

Right I see. However, these sites weren't mine when they got de-indexed so would I be best to lead with that and mention that I've given them fresh content on what have you?

Before the request submission, please re-write Unique & fresh content. Please also care about the keyword density.

 

First make sure your site has original content then submit a sitemap for the same. You can also use fetch as Google bot feature present in Google Webmasters.

 

if you have duplicate content hen first update your content and then send reconsideration request to google.
