    Unfortunately, the service has been disabled far longer than we wanted. We are working hard on restoring that service. Unfortunately, the deal is taking longer than anticipated because of the complexity of the negotiations and the number of parties that must be involved.

    The AlertPay prepaid card is still in beta, so only a select few members are able to test it out at the moment. Once testing is complete, and AlertPay and its members are fully satisfied will the AlertPay prepaid card be released to all our members.

    No customer wants to be given a product that hasn't been tested thoroughly.

    Yes i know about that and i have already used the previous one and have received the new one which were from "TRUE CASH" new partner of Alertpay. In my opinion Alertpay should make this process faster, because many users were already frustrated about it, they considered Alertpay is the only Online payment processor for them because No Paypal service here, but most of the users were already converted to Moneybookers, as in my case their charges to bank withdrawn is also low, and i get my payment in betwenn 24 to 48 hrs which is so fast. I know Alertpay need some time but they should give more chances to those users where other payment processors were not available to get more users and more success.

    I completely understand your point, and I have forwarded some of those suggestions to management.

    As for rushing the process for the prepaid card, it would not be prudent. Without proper testing, we do not really know the product. Our members do not want to use a product that has not been fully tested, and full of bugs. Nor would it be smart of AlertPay to launch a product/service that does not work and then have to deal with the consequences of fixing it afterward, and have angry members.

    We had planned to launch the prepaid card in June; however we had some major setbacks with its performance.

    We have a new provider, and we are in beta. Testing is going well, but we do not want to set a deadline, until we are fully satisfied with its performance.

    We are being extra cautious based on what happened with the last card.

    For Indonesia you can withdraw via bank wire.

    Bank wires take 2-4 days to process. However, check with your bank to see if they accept international bank wires, or if they go through an intermediary.

    If the wire goes through an intermediary then it slows down the bank wire process, and delays it from arriving into your account.

    The issue stems from you trying to withdrawal via bank transfer, when you can only withdraw via bank wire.

    To cancel your deposit by bank transfer, please follow these instructions:

    1. Login to your AlertPay account.
    2. Click on "History".
    3. Under “Status”, click on "Pending”.
    4. Click on "Cancel Transaction".
    5. Click on "Confirm".

    Please refrain from sending multiple tickets. This creates a backlog in our system, and lowers your priority in the queue. In future, if your ticket is not answered in 3 business days, advise me and I will look into the issue.

    I am planning to move over my business account from PayPal to alertpay.

    I'm running an India based web development firm and I receive payments in Euro, AUD, USD. Before I move to alertpay, I have some questions:
    1. In how much time I can start receiving money after registration? I meant to ask how much time you guys take to approve a new account?
    2. What kind of currency conversion rate you are providing? Do you have your own currency conversion rate like PayPal?
    3. What are the methods to withdraw funds into Indian bank account? How much time it will take to land the money into bank account after withdrawal?

    Also, if there is any special instructions for Indian users, let me know...

    1. You can start receiving money in your account, as soon as you open your account. You can put an AlertPay “buy now button” on your site in order to receive balance payments, as soon as you have opened your account.
    You will need to submit your website for review, which typically takes 5 business days, in order to receive credit card payments.
    2. Our foreign exchange rate includes a 2.5% spread above the wholesale exchange rate at which AlertPay obtains its foreign currency. Exchange rates are adjusted regularly. The rates quoted are based on the mid-market rate plus 2.5%.
    We use xe.com’s rate of the day.
    3. In India you can withdraw via bank wire. We are currently testing out cheque withdraw, and hope to offer that service soon.

    I have PMed you about how to verify your account, and documentation needed for the business account.

    alertpay now start illegal exchange
    they always said that no we dont allow illegal exchange but they are actually support the scammer and illegal exchange

    check this e-mail address - account owner name - Mukti Dey actually his mothers

    the guy open an alertpay accoun under his mothers name after his own account got banned and running this illegal business
    and he always received payment as donation

    now what ??can u stop this illegal exchange ?? i can challenge you u cant stop this
    I don't think u can do anything

    is this not money laundering ??

    AlertPay only allows transfers to or from specific recognized exchangers who have completed a stringent review process to prove their reliability.

    To view a list of the exchangers our members can use through our system please do the following:

    1) Login to your AlertPay account and click on "Withdraw".
    2) On the right hand side you will see: "Withdraw funds through an AlertPay-recognized exchanger"
    3) Click on the word "exchanger"

    Transferring e-currency to/from unauthorized exchangers is a violation of our User Agreement and may result in limited account access: https://www.alertpay.com/en/legal.aspx

    You have made some very serious allegations. Before revealing someone’s public information, you should have contacted AlertPay and informed us of the matter, and included all relevant evidence. AlertPay would have handled the matter and investigated these claims.

    Everyone has a right to privacy, and there is a process in order to investigate these matters. Accusing someone on a public forum is not the proper process.

    I could not see the cancel transacation, as i mention i have read the faq on alertpay everything. i have tried all the way contacting u guys but no answer, and u give me the instruction that i had even read before is not working, there's no such option for me !!! can u guys please cancel the transcation for me. thanks.
