Is Google plus effective?

Day by day Google plus getting less response. Do you think Google plus failed against Facebook? If anybody knows its benefit then please share.

 

Well, Can't say anything because it is new concept and now today onward Google has launched G+ publicly. So after 6 months we can see the real purpose of G+. Let's see how long it go?

 

Google Plus did not succeeded to win over their audiences. there could be many reasons of their failure... some that I can remember is that Google Plus does not have Applications like Facebook has, there are Facebook members who are addicted to these applications, therefore Google failed to have such apps in Google Plus. Another reason could be that Google Plus doesn't provide feature like Facebook Fan Page... Fan Pages has become a prominent part of every business and community throughout the web, Google can't succeed unless they provide us with something better than Fan Pages. I think these are two of the major cause for the failure of Google Plus.

 

Havent using Google+ for marketing but its pretty cool

Google Apps for + are on the way and they already have their own game engine for games coming soon....

Google+ will be relevant, it just needs to catch on. All of the recent changes that Facebook unveiled are in response to Google+ features therefore proving that + is relevant and important as time passes.

 

I have bought a fiverr gig on google + and it did increase my serps. So I would say that it is effective.

Even though Google + not yet famous as much as other social networks, Google features are useful for Getting traffic.sharing the links or content through +1 button help us to be likely found on Google Search.some others new features of Google+ are,
Hangouts on Phone,
Snippet,
finding the peoples through Google+ search.

 

So, we have to wait few days more for complete Google plus applications.

 

IF you incorporate all of the Google products into a method, you will get mad traffic.

Youtube, Google+, Google Blogs and alot more. Backlink them all together and you will get good serp results as well.

 

Yeah i also prefer to that we have wait for few days,actually have everyone different ideas same here i think google plus stands nowhere in front of Facebook so that's why we have wait for few days complete Google plus applications.

 

It's hard to tell yet as it has just been launched publicly. Give it some time and then we will see.

 

Facebook is social networking Monster, and Google+ is new concept and still working on it.... so we can't say anything yet... Although Google+ is upgoing trending topic.

Google Plus is still in beta and invitation only product. Let's see what happens when it opens for normal registrations.

 

I think having Facebook still around fighting the grow of Google's, Plus might be having dry progress now and in the future. Considering what happen these past 2 days when Google Plus open their registration to the public while Facebook suddenly released their GUI changes causing a split buzz from the netizens.

 

Problem with Google seems to be they offer things what they have.But they do not completely understand user needs.
Ultimately most of the Google products are very useful for Webmasters..that's for sure.
