There seems to be some problem with the 14th Sept date. People havent received the payments in their bank for that date. All payments after that have been coming smoothly. I mentioned in this thread earlier that Paypal marks a withdrawal as complete once it has sent the money to Citibank in India. Citibank then distributes the amounts to all the Indian account holders through their banks. So I think the money is stuck with Citibank under instructions from Paypal.
Are you sure Citibank is not used anymore? Because all NEFT transfers from Paypal have the code of CITI in the transaction id.
why dont we all write at the same time for 15th stuck payment - if paypal sees 100-requests they will surely act something.
Infogle, Paypal is not good at customer service via email generally. It only works if you have telephone number to call, preferably in India.

sure amit - you are right but considering the fact - if there are numerous emails for the same query - paypal will take some action... isnt it! actually this thread is now confusing - how many people are still waiting for the funds and generally from which bank they are related - as i see some previous replies - a user said that he got the transfer in his HDFC bank for 15th withdrawal... mine is ICICI and still waiting
Mine is HDFC. I dont think its the matter with a particular bank. ITs just transactions for the 14th/15th. Though I wonder how some people got it for those dates and some didnt. Is it to do with the amount?For instance my payment which got stuck is about INR 23,000 . What amounts are stuck for other people.
Amit, I think only auto withdraw queue of 15th is stucked up. My friend did manual withdrawal on 15th (evening time India), got the payment but with the same account, he had an auto withdrawal happened at late night(Indian Time), he didn't get that yet even he received his 16th withdrawal payment.
Hi all, My entire paypal amount was auto-withdrawn on 15 Sept 2011 and 2 days later it showed transaction completed but I've not received the said amount in my bank account till now. I mailed Paypal on the 'Contact Us' link regarding the same 2 days back but they have not replied I would like to mention that I've added this new HDFC bank account as my auto-withdraw account and I already had another bank account set as primary where I used to do manual withdraw and it took 2/3 days for the amount to be credited. Has anyone else faced similar problem or can anyone advise what needs to be done ?? Please help.
mine is SBI - auto withdrawal on 15th and its stuck. i've sent them email and gonna call them tonight. do the same guys, that only will awake paypal like it did for PAN verification.
Hello, I was withdrew a money from pay pal to my bank on 15th sept..but haven't got the money into my bank of baroda account.. The two amt was withdrew by me..I already contact to bank of baroda, but they said that provide me UTR number..Now, how I get this U.T.R. number? i m waiting still 25th aug and 4th sept 2011 its not still in my bank account its almost 25 days go my bank account in SBI no one can help me not pay nor bank bank need transection details and paypal not provide me transection details any body know what can i do?
I don't know, if anyone else is also facing the same problem, but my autowithdrawn amount of 15th Sept has not reached my bank yet!! Anyone else in this situation?
