    RBI care all indians, RBI think PayPal is scam company and they will hack your money, So they ordered PayPal "Hey, Paypal you can not hold money of Our poor Indian peoples, You must pay them a single rupee if they had in their account.
    So RBI is doing good?

    Infact the issue with paying interest, should be decided by end consumer not RBI or paypal. End paypal users should be given a choice. For those paypal sellers who dont want interest from paypal balance, they can do a manual withdrawal and those who insist on getting interest from balance, can chose for autowithdrawal. Its a shame that we are left out of it.

    Same here mate, still waiting for the amount which was auto withdrawn on 15th, but weird thing is i got amount which was auto withdrawn on 16th sep.

    I have sent an mail to paypal guys asking about this. Will update once i get an reply from them.

    Paypal should take some necessary steps to solve this auto withdraw problem, really annoying.
