Grab info from a website and post in vbulletin

    Alright, considering vbulletin is written in php, I was wondering how it'd be possible to instantly grab information when available, sort of like an RSS Feed, and post it in vBulletin.
    I've seen this in a few forums and I found it really interesting.

    How would I go about finding the Strings?
    The website is in Korean. maplestory.nexon.com
    I just want it to grab the new notices/posts they put out.
