Hello DP, I just got this email yesterday. This is ridicolous.. I had submitted my PAN card info which they recently asked me. I resubmitted my PAN card, and i got this email yesterday.. Your account is still temporarily limited because we haven't heard from you. We understand it may be frustrating not to have full access to your PayPal account. We want to work with you to get your account back to normal as quickly as possible. What's the problem? In accordance with Indian regulations, you are required to add a PAN, purpose code and bank account in India to your PayPal account in order to receive payments and withdraw funds. Reference Number: PP-xxx-xxx-xxxx-xxxx How you can help It's usually pretty easy to take care of things like this. Most of the time, we just need a little more information about your account or latest transactions. To help us with this and to see what you can and can't do with your account until the issue is resolved, log in to your account and go to the Resolution Centre. Yours sincerely, PayPal -------------------------------- as said in this email, i logged into PP and got into resolution. Its only showing that earlier message which tells me about PAN card status and nothing else.. What shall i do in this case??
Do the following to get your account get back: Scan PAN card copy and save at your laptop or PC.Call Paypal today via Skype(as its free).Tell them that you have entered Correct PAN i your Paypal account and if they tell thats is invalid,show them that he PAN card copy which you have scanned that it is issued to you by Goverment of India and your account will be restored within 24-48 hours
thanks for your reply but what number shall i call them using skype?? Is that number chargeable with skype??
