    Asking price is around $7k. With the domains alone, they're about $300-$400. IPB License and themes/plugins, $390. The domain "runegear" is first for an 8k+ search/mo, along with PR3 and backlinks, that's alone around $150. All that is $1k alone. Then, 380k posts of content and 90k+ indexed pages would be in the thousands alone, then with the active users + and traffic, that's quite a bit. Also, by earning around $2.5k in 6 months (in one month, we earned around $1k), that's constant. Doing it at around 12 months revenue x2, that would be around $7k AT LEAST. Not to mention, with the growth rate of a forum and effort, you can double this revenue.

    I know this may seem a lot, but with this purchasing, you are gaining ownership of a large big board with active users and revenue.
