Yes, mine shows completed now as well, it was Pending because of weekends as always. Yes, if they do not resolve it today, it's very very serious - they are having something bad in their mind. -- Another issue related to this limitation - a subscription has been cancelled due to this, just for one client, we have many out there -- <Client_Name_Here>'s subscription to Invoice #**** has been cancelled because your PayPal account is locked or limited. Please log in to your account for more information. I can not see much info after logging in as well, this shows "Cancelled - Due to Seller Account" in the details. Probably they have just started doing this, anyone else has got this issue? PS - The amount was just $XX in this subscription so $500 limit is not the case.

No news from them. I has another question... I have two accounts on Paypal, one a business account and another is personal. My firm is sole proprietorship so the PAN card in my name is added to my business account where it is limited now. They will not let me use the same PAN for two accounts. How do I go about it?
Good news! I just received a mail from PayPal that I can receive money in my PayPal account! I logged in and saw the message that my account is fully restored. I am sure, all our friends will also receive the same mail.

Yet to receive any mail, account is still restricted. Even i have only limitation on "receive or request money" but then there was an auto withdrawal which they did on 16th Sep that has been reversed, so which means auto withdrawal is also not functioning, but if we request forced withdrawal, then they might possibly honor that.
no nothing special beside calling them and having them write my PAN number. when i see PAN number page on paypal, it says verification success! but if anyone of you haven't done that, then also its not an issue. your account will be restored anyway, sooner or later. its a good job you guys did, unite and fought for it. This made them solve this issue in this small time frame. lets also call them today again, for the recovery of loss we had to face due to this shitty problem. (bank withdrawal reversal)

Nothing special is to be done. I am sure, all will receive the same mail soon. I remember, every time PayPal resolved an issue related to all Indians, some of the members had to wait for some time. Keep checking your mails. Best Luck.
The same problem had arrived to me 5 days ago and its still the same.. Why can't we all unite and pose our frustation of this loss to RBI? Is that something we can do? even sending emails at one time.. Let them know how much we are suffering from this.. What you say people??
i called the pp number and a lady told she will look and it can take another 7 days ! she is telling the mismatch is between business name and personal PAN ( wtf is this personal pan ? ) my account is a permiere paypal acc
