Don't I always say that? He is actually on a mission to give Muslims a bad name.. I suspect, PT is in cahoots with him.

A true Christian can't burn a mouse; A Christian can only follow Christ's teachings, and Christ taught that we should love and forgive our enemies: "You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be children of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing that? And if you greet only your own people, what are you doing more than others? Do not even pagans do that? Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect." (Matthew 5:43-48)

Again, the Bible verses you are referring to are from the Old Testament (The Jewish Bible).
The New Testament (The Christian Bible) starts with the book of Matthew and ends with the book of Revelation.

Are you saying the old testament is from a different God?

I don't know why you are ashamed of something sent by your own God.

If what you are saying is the old testament is no longer in use, then explain why Jesus said: - "Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them" - Matthew 5:17

Jesus is referring to the prophecies of the Old Testament (300+) that he came to fulfill; Yes, Jesus came to fulfill the old Law by bringing a new one!

For instance, the Old Testament indicated Jesus would be betrayed by someone he trusted: "Even my close friend whom I trusted, he who has shared my bread, has lifted up his heel against me" (Psalm 41:9). The New Testament, which records Jesus' life and resurrection, reveals that one of the 12 people Jesus chose to be part of his inner circle betrayed him: "Then Judas Iscariot, one of the Twelve, went to the chief priests to betray Jesus to them" (Mark 14:10).

More than 300 Messianic prophecies like this were made in the Old Testament and then fulfilled through Jesus' life, death and resurrection. The chances of one person fulfilling a mere 8 of these prophecies are 1 in 100,000,000,000,000,000. For one person to fulfill 48 of these prophecies, the number becomes staggering--1 chance in 10 to the 157th power (1 with 157 zeros after it). Add to that the 250 other prophecies, and it becomes impossible for any other person except Jesus to ever fit that particular sequence of time and events. (Source: whoisjesus-really.com)

(John 13:18 - New Testament) I don’t speak concerning all of you. I know whom I have chosen. But that the Scripture may be fulfilled, ‘He who eats bread with me has lifted up his heel against me.’

This is according to your sect.

You did acknowledge the old testament is from your God, he ordered the eating of children and animal abuse in there..atleast we can agree on that.

"Thou shalt not suffer a sorceress to live".Because of this bible verse it is estimated that between the years 1200-1700 around 100,000 were burned at the stake by the Catholic and Protestant churches for being witches and for heresy.During this period the amount of people burnt by Islam was probably in the hundreds.
Neither side was in the right on this, neither side would be today.
    @Angelic
I truly admire your devotion.Problem is that Christians get attacked here on P&R.I will defend your right to express your love of your faith. It is inspiring to me to see either Muslims or Christians expressing their love for their religion.:)

There are 1 million Arabs living in the state of Israel, they are Israeli citizens. There are countless Jewish-Arab groups that work to bring peace vis a vis the two groups. They feel there there is more that binds the two than divides them. The whole philosophy is one based on common respect for each others faith. Here on P&R we quarrel over who is burning who,why and when and who condones or rejects. Why do I not see Muslims and Christians not following the fine example of these Israeli groups? I thought both religions were built on the precept of harmony and peace?
All I am desiring is that members can come on here and celebrate their faith without fear of persecution.

It begs the question, why are there so few Christians and Jews living in "Muslim" lands. The answer is, because "Muslim lands" have quite a few idiots stir up racial and religious hatred, creating persecution for Jews and Christians living there. Most flee to non-"Muslim lands" for a more prosperous life. That is why you see devout Muslims trying to get in to Israel, the most non-Muslim place of all.

I'm all for peace, the Israeli regime is not. How did Israel come into this ? :)

My religion was under attack, accused of teaching to burn people dead or alive, all I'm doing is debunking that.

There's also no wrong in interfaith dialogues.

Silly boy, it isn't Islam that asks that people be burned alive. Its people like you. Refresh my memory again on what you wanted to happen to Iran and Israel? Something about taking each other out in a beautiful nuclear fire?
