I want to sell hosting and domain registration but I am looking for a reseller who will also take care of customer support. Does such a reseller exist? If so please point me in the right direction. Thanks
There are plenty of them out there that offer end user support We provide end user support and if you do some searching you can find some others out there offering the same Take a look at this thread it had end user support in itreseller with end user support
This is not a big deal. This is provided as complimentary service free of charges.Assuring you best of our services and support. Thanks and regards,Toniya
If you are going to take a reseller account, then server related problems will be handled by your company customer support. BUT if your clients have some other problems then this, then you've to take care for them. OR you need to really find a company with end-user support.
I really need one with end-user support, like the customer can even by pass me and go the the maid seller for support type of thing?
The thing is i am not to informed on the technical stuff related to hosting, So I dont think ill be able to be of much help when my customers come asking questions.
This is what end user support is about we even provide the white label what is white label you might ask it is where your client will think they are getting the support directly from you when in fact it is us responding to the support tickets. We will through in a 25% discount for DP followers on monthly payment plans and a 50% discount for annual payment plans no promotion code needed for annual. using this code for monthly: dp25
innohosting provides customer support to reseller , Shopaserver doesnot offer customer support to reseller but they are very friendly with swift responses you can always forward them any issues. I usually get answers less than 15 mins with fixed problems.
I am pretty sure iScotts statement was quite clear. He is saying he doesnt have the knowledge to answer some of the question that he might get from his clients in which case he is looking for end user support so that his clients wont be left with unanswered questions
I think so ! BUT still clearing if he means that because end-user is not actually this. You still need to notify provider. BTW IF he means that then it might be costly a bit.
The only time you need to contact your provider is in the even of money or changes to a limitation of such not for general support. Of coarse your the support team will give the Provider the ultimate say so on those items but when you are talking about fixing something for a client of the provider that does not require any server changes limitations changes or pricing changes then it usually is handled straight from the end user support. As for being very expensive I dont think so I dont think iScott does either now. and Thanks iScotts for contacting us.
I strongly believe that you will get success if you are experienced enough in web hosting business and know all the steps on how to get traffic. There are many web hosts that offer reseller hosting deals.. How much disk space and bandwidth do you need?
