    Plasticsrecycler is looking for instant approve list, not free directories list.

    Any reason you wanted to get instant approve site? From my experience, those kind of instant approval site is place to store spam listing, it is no much value for SEO. Personally, I will make more submission to new born directory, as they not receive much submission, so that they can approve listing much more faster.
