    Can you not use either PayPal or AlertPay?

    If you go into the Credit Card option, you can sign into your AlertPay and pay straight from your AP account! :)

    Alright, all! The weekend is officially here!

    We just got our new servers installed and they'll be online shortly which will make for great improvements in speed and connectivity for the weekend! :)

    As always, I'm always checking in on the weekends, but you have to allow for a bit longer of a wait for replies because I'm not at my desk 24/7 ;)

    When you make earnings in wupload you can use that amount to buy premium. So no need of credit card to buy premium.

    hey willy, i wanna know whether wupload count downloads from hong kong and taiwan or not. I got ~400 downloads for my file but none of it counted and these dl are mainly from HK and TW

    Download speeds are low ... i usualy verify the download speeds before i publish my files and i have 1Mb/s , but now even the older files are down to 200kb/s or even lower ...

    When I click share or edit,in my files,displaying these error:

    Technical problem. Please try again!     Or System error 8001! ???

    My stats is wrong, every time I do refresh,My Premium Sales disappear and return.

    Hey, Nvp!

    At certain times during the day you will notice a stats jump (stats show X, refresh shows Y, then refresh and it shows X again) - this is just a lag, but you don't need to worry! All downloads are correctly accounted for and once the lag catches up you'll see the correct count!

    We're working on smoothing that out!
