It looks... commercial. There's no art or good taste in it, but I guess that wasn't intended.

Nothing about it really jumps out... If it's meant to grab attention, I dont think it does the job, if it's meant to show the host, fine.

 

this motion effect really grabs attention and viewers will locked their sight on them, If this is the issue ok, but if is not may be you need to change it

 

Looking good. Just one suggestion if you place your paypal option on left hand side and $2.99 in Right hand side then how is this?

It looks very generic, honestly it's the type of ad that I think most people filter out because it looks so much like an AD.

I like the banner overall just need to slow down the text rotation so that the user has time to read each part before it changes. Rate: 6.5/10

You have created a very nice header keep it up.

 

This is not clear, even the flash messages are very fast and not giving the clear picture.

Color scheme are looking good but according to me animation of the text is so fast so make it little slower otherwise your other things in the banner is looking very good and professional work

 

Yes I choose this color since the nice is fire so I choose yellow and orange.
