Hi, I am recording gameplay videos and with these you can't become a youtube partner unless you have a license from gaming companies. Can I build a website around my videos and put adsense on it etc?

What you can try to do is run the youtube video as a iframe within your website. I don't know if thats againast the YT TOS

yeah thats what i was thinking. Just embed the videos and build a website around it. But I am not sure either if there will be a problem with google or youtube TOS.

It is a risk. If you are profiting heavily you can bet there going to want a piece of the action.

Technically, the videos themselves are against YouTube TOS and can be removed at any time. As long as you embed the videos on your site via YouTube, your idea is perfectly legal. Just be aware, YouTube can pull the plug on your account at any time if you don't get a license from the game publishers.

I asked about this multiple people and they all said as long you don`t want to become youtube partner, gameplay videos are fine on youtube. There is thousands of youtube accounts focusing on gameplaying and only machinima plus some other two actualy have the license for it. Are you sure my account could get in trouble for this?
