Buying Template designer needed.

    Hi digital forum users!

    I am in need a designer who is able to look at some images I have had made and change them to be more eye catching and attractive. However, the images are PNG's so you may use the size and start over. I'm sure this would be the best option for any designer.

    The images in a template I want changed is shown below.

    As you can see, the template is simple. I want the template to be simple but more eye catching. I will show a screenshot of how I want it once I have found the perfect designer.

    As the job is a small job in my eyes, i am not wanting to pay stupid high prices. If you work for cheap and are able to do my work for me then contact me. If your prices are ridiculously high for such a small job, then don't waste mine and your time by contacting me.

    I need this done soon but if their is a small wait i don't mind.

    Anyone else? PLEASE NOTE I WANT MY IMAGES MADE BETTER NOT A WHOLE PSD. I also stated my budget is LOW so don't come to me with high prices for such a small job.
