When does it transfer the money usually? Any fixed time or time zone? If not, still can you share when were your payments processed and how many times (or days actually)?
Does it even process if account balance become 0.01 ...i mean for 1 cent too it issues a NEFT automatically? What was the least amount, for which, it occurred in your account?
Other guys also share the info you have this activated already!

JUST TO SHARE, They are checking fake pan no.'s too and limiting the account for receiving any payment (all other functions work) and ask for new VALID PAN's to remove this limitation.
So be ready if you are still below on the list.

    MotherF***kers .... Money-looters....Plunderers PAYSHIT
Sending 2.5 bucks too (proof in a post, by another person, before)

    HORRIBLE!

I sincerely pray PP dies and something else takes its place!
RBI shit is fine... but this PAYSHIT is making things really difficult with weird, un-necessary rules

I also ain't allowing anyone to send/receive PAYSHIT payment. I am using everything possible to use other ways and payment methods and PAYSHIT is last on list of preference now.

Call this PAYSHIT instead of PP from now on!

So, without a warning they implement this rule?! Lol, that is pretty unprofessional of them. Besides, what do service providers do if there is a customer who wants a refund as someone said. I do not own a credit card presently so what happens if a refund is requested? Do I need to create a VCC from my debit card to be able to pay back someone who demands a refund?

It is getting tougher and tougher for the average freelancer to conduct business. Hmmm, wonder if people are noticing the growing number of obstacles for Indians.

They did not do this without any warning. They had sent an email a couple of months earlier that we were not going to be allowed to keep our money in the accountbfor longer than 7 days. The only difference is that it is mow a daily withdrawal.

They are not at fault, these are RBI guidelines. Too much unaccounted for money was being moved via Paypal.

Paypal withdrew all the money I had in my account and now I have a nil balance. The rules state that no daily payment should be more than $50 and thatbwithin 24 hours it should move to your Indian bank account.

Paypal asked me to confirm my PAN numbers and account numbers a few months earlier.

No, this process already started by today. because paypal has automatically withdrawal my funds to my bank account today. rather in mail they were mentioned the effective date by 26th sep. then why they are doing it right now. I am shocked.

Yes Paypal implemented this rule already, today my funds automatically transferred to my bank account. I think this is bad. because now we cant choose the highest conversion rate for transfer.

    FRIEND,

This morning I have received an email from PayPal that:

Your PayPal balance was automatically transferred to your Bank of XXXXXX in India, x-8842 on Sep 14, 2011.

Your balance is automatically withdrawn daily.

    Yours sincerely,
    PayPal

Does this mean Indian user cannot keep their balance in their PayPal account? Please clarify

Yes. As an indian paypal account holder you can't keep balance in your paypal account at the end of each day.

    DON.
